Bowman Gray Stadium has plenty of free parking. Please see our directions page for recommended routes and entrances to parking areas.

Bowman Gray Stadium offers several convenient options for concessions, but if you prefer, you may bring in your favorite snacks. Coolers are permitted, please limit cooler sizes to 14x14x14. No glass or alcohol will be allowed to be brought into the Stadium.

All seating at Bowman Gray Stadium is General Admission.

Stadium seats are permitted. Lawn Chairs are NOT permitted.

ADA Seating is available in designated areas above Section 12, Section 20A and Section 28.

The placements of tarps, blankets, or other materials on stadium seating to save seats for race day is done so at the sole discretion and risk of the patron. Bowman Gray Stadium & Winston-Salem City Management does NOT recommend, guarantee or endorse seat-saving practices and reserves the right to remove materials at any time to accommodate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, safety concerns, operational needs, or for other events. Tape, adhesives or similar products MAY NOT be used on stadium seating or stadium property.

Bowman Gray Stadium, The City of Winston-Salem, and NASCAR assume no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, removed, damaged or displaced materials, or for disputes arising from saved seating areas.

Photography & Video Policy

Bowman Gray Stadium maintains exclusive commercial photography and video distribution right for all on-track racing activity, competition footage, and event-related action occuring on facility property during sanctioned event. All event media rights are subject to the policies and discretion of Bowman Gray Stadium management. Unauthorized commercial distribution or sale of race imagery/video may result in removal from Bowman Gray Stadium and further disciplinary or legal action.

The official designated Bowman Gray Stadium Track Photographer/Videographer retains exclusive rights for commercial distribution, licensing and reproduction of professional action photography and video captured during sanctioned events at Bowman Gray Stadium unless otherwise authorized in writing by Bowman Gray Stadium management.

All photographers, videographers and media personnel requesting infield or restricted access must:

• Receive approval from Bowman Gray Stadium Management
• Sign all required waivers and credential agreements
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from Track Officials
• If a photographer/videographer, must wear assigned photo vest provided by Bowman Gray Stadium Management

Bowman Gray Stadium reserves the right to revoke media credentials or remove any individual found in violation of this policy.

UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM (UAS)/DRONE POLICY

Due to the proximity of Bowman Gray Stadium to active airspace and nearby airport operations of Smith Reynolds Airport, the operation of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), commonly referred to as drone, presents significant safety, legal and liability concerns.

For the safety of spectators, competitors, staff, emergency personnel, and aircraft operating in the surrounding airspace, Bowman Gray Stadium maintains a strict drone prohibition policy.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Bowman Gray Stadium managements, the following are strictly prohibited on or above Bowman Gray Stadium property:

• Launching, landing, piloting, or operating drones/UAS
• Aerial photography or videography using drones
• Drone livestreaming or broadcast operations
• Flying drones over spectators, competitors, pit areas, parking lots or surrounding Bowman Gray Stadium Property
• Operating drones from adjacent properties in a manner that captures or interferes with Bowman Gray Stadium operations or sanctioned events

This prohibition applies to:

• Spectators
• Race Teams
• Drivers
• Sponsors
• Vendors
• Media Personnel
• Independent Photographers/Videographers
• Third-Party Contractors

Any unauthorized drone operation may result in:

• Immediate removal from property
• Revocations of media credentials or event access
• Confiscation request through law enforcement authorities where applicable
• Notifications to local law enforcement and/or the FAA
• Permanent suspension from future events

Bowman Gray Stadium Management reserves the right to halt event activities if unauthorized drone operations create a safety concern.

Sections 11 & 12, as well as all ADA Seating, have been designated as NO SMOKING SECTIONS.

Please be advised that these designated No Smoking Sections are strictly enforced. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or nicotine projects is prohibited within these sections.

To ensure compliance, additional security personnel and law enforcement officers will be assigned to monitor No Smoking Sections throughout race events. Guests who are observed smoking or vaping in a No Smoking Section will be instructed to stop or relocate to another section. Guests who fail to comply with staff, security or law enforcement instructions, or who engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening, or confrontational behavior towards other guests, staff, security or law enforcement officers, may be removed from the facility without refund, and potentially face further disciplinary actions.
